Michelle F. Anthony spent 32 years building one of the most accomplished service-disabled, woman-owned federal contracting firms in the country. As the founder and former President and CEO of Anthony & Associates, Inc., she led an organization that delivered excellence across 100+ contract awards spanning 30 or more government agencies, including Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the Defense Health Agency, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of the Navy, the Army, the Air Force, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Justice. That legacy is the foundation of everything she does today.

In 2026, Michelle made a deliberate and faith-led decision to transition that foundation into its next expression. She is now an educator, a mentor, an author, and a co-founder of Andwelé Energy Solutions, a clean energy company she built alongside her four children as owners and partners. She is also the founder of the PrincellaMichelle Global Ministries brand, through which she carries forward the faith legacy of her late sister Princella Feagins Johnson.

What has not changed is her commitment to excellence, to integrity, and to making sure that the people who come behind her have access to everything she wished someone had shared with her when she was starting out.
